Diesel Particulate Filter

A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is a post-combustion device designed to remove diesel particulate matter (PM) or soot, from the exhaust of a diesel engine by physical filtration. The DPF removes various levels of PM/Soot up to 90% (See CARB or EPA Verified Technologies). DPF's can be Hybrid, Active or Passive, as required by the exhaust temperature data logging.

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst

A Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is a post-combustion, flow through device. As exhaust gases traverse the catalyst, carbon monoxide and diesel particulate matter (PM) are oxidized, thereby reducing harmful emissions. As a result, reduction in overall PM emissions can be 20 to 50%.

Fuel Combustion System

The Fuel Combustion System (FCS) is a redefined process for diesel engine combustion that burns fuel more efficiently while reducing harmful emissions.

Utilizing an airborne delivery system, a catalyst mixture is delivered into the combustion chamber to enhance the burning process.
